A wise client told me this Christmas that when you need to explain something complex, use a graphic. Taking her advice, I am working on a visual way to explain all the services we can provide someone who has inherited items.

I would love for you to take a minute, review my first draft and give me any feedback. You can email me, message me on Facebook or leave a comment here.

Thanks!

Celebrating your 10th, 15th or 20th wedding anniversary?

Celebrating your 10th, 15th or 20th wedding anniversary soon?
Or maybe you just recently got married?
Inherited jewelry from a loved one?

All of these occasions are reminders to review your jewelry coverage on your insurance policy.

Jewelry insurance specialists, Perfect Circle Insurance recently posted a nice article on their blog dispelling the 4 common myths of jewelry insurance.

No matter your agent, take two minutes to read this article. It will be well worth it!

By the way, if you haven't talked to your insurance agent since you signed your policy into force, talk to Olivia. She has an insurance agent friend who goes the extra mile for her clients.

Summer is almost over and many people I know are cramming a last minute vacation into their already busy schedules just before school starts again.

This funny cartoon from Jason Love reminds us of three things:

(1) stop your newspaper subscription, or donate it while you are away

(2) make sure your jewelry is either stored in a safe, a bank safety deposit box, or at least well hidden

(3) double check with your insurance agent about your coverages for specialty items such as furs, art, silver and jewelry

Speaking of insurance agents, if you are frustrated with your current agent. Maybe they are hard to reach or you feel like they just are not working FOR you, then contact me. I know a great one!
